Our prices are valid all year round and include local taxes:

For the binding reservation of the apartment on your desired date, the advance payment of the rent is required. Our regular rate is a booking of two nights minimum (for prices see above). After receipt of payment, you will check in independently via our key safe.

*If you book a single night spontaneously - without prior reservation in advance and provided its availability at short notice - you pay on site in cash or by credit card on arrival. For this purpose, you make an appointment for payment and the hand-over keys.

The prices include all local taxes.

The rent includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels and internet access. You will receive fresh towels twice a week and fresh bed linen once a week. For guests staying two weeks or longer, the apartment will be cleaned by us weekly.

At check-out, the apartment must be left swept clean. We will take care of the final cleaning.

Maximum occupancy: two adults, no pets and children older than 6 years who are accompanied by an adult.
