12 years of May-Apartment!
The May-Apartment is established since 2008 and is owned by Simone May and hosted by Simone and Claudia May.
We have furnished and equipped the house with attention to detail, with a perception of what is essential and with a sense of comfort for you. For example, there is a continuous cold foam comfort mattress with extra cushions and neck pillows. In the kitchenette you will find everything you need to prepare breakfast or an evening meal. Furthermore, many little extras delight our guests, such as the Cologne shelf with travel guides, maps and current event tips.
Family members or friends of neighbours, business travellers, Cologne tourists and cyclists often come to stay at our apartment. Many guests have become regulars who are welcomed by our cats. When we are in the house, we are also happy to give personal tips for a good time in Cologne or help cyclists with breakdowns and small repairs.

Hygienic precautions for protection against COVID-19
For all apartment guests and visitors* of our guests, the rules and regulations of the state of NRW (see CoronaSchVO NRW) apply in their current Version.
- The May-Apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival according to these instructions and will not be entered by anyone afterwards
- Individuals with respiratory disease symptoms are currently not allowed to enter our property, they are not allowed to enter our house and have no access to the apartment
- If you have a respiratory disease yourself, you are unfortunately not allowed to stay at the apartment, your booking will be cancelled immediately. The deposit will be refunded, but not the rent
- Upon your arrival at the house, please wash your hands thoroughly with soap in the apartment
- Additionally, use the disinfectants (there are dispensers in the apartment and in the hall)
